Before you send a message

For a product discussion, tell us which Helena product you are asking about and what you would like to do. A laboratory evaluating Folklore can describe its current interpretation workflow, the type of input it works with and the questions it wants a demonstration to address. General questions about pricing, partnerships and the company can go to contact@helena.bio.

For research collaboration, include the scientific question and links to relevant public material. Our research pages distinguish published preprints, computational records and the limits of the evidence. Referring to a specific paper, study or product page helps us understand the context of your enquiry without requiring you to reproduce the entire background.

The message form asks for your name, email, organisation, topic and message. Choose the subject that best describes your enquiry and include a clear question or next step. For a technical question, name the product and describe the behaviour you encountered. Please keep the initial message free of patient information, genomic files, passwords and other confidential records.

Questions about personal-data processing, the Data Processing Agreement or the Privacy Notice belong with privacy@helena.bio. Questions about a product

Name the product and the workflow you want to discuss. A question about interpreting a genomic case belongs to a different conversation from a question about literature discovery or a public study record. Include the public page you have read and the point that remains unclear. For a demonstration request, describe what you would like to see rather than attaching a real case.

Questions about published research

Include the paper title or DOI and, where relevant, the version you are reading. A question about a method, an interpretation of a result and a request for reproducibility material may need different source records. Describe the passage, figure or stated limitation that prompted your question so the conversation can start from the same evidence.

Technical questions

Describe the action, the expected behaviour and what happened instead. A page URL and a short sequence of steps are useful context. Remove personal information from any description and keep access tokens, passwords, genomic files and medical reports out of the initial enquiry. The public form is intended to start a conversation, not to transfer clinical data.
